Special Track (Achievement/Interest and Ability based track-JPMK)
Special Track (Achievement/Interest and Ability based track-JPMK) is the process of admitting new students on the basis of students’ academic achievements on the high school. Students with outstanding academic achievements will be considered as JPMK students. JPMK students do not necessarily conduct TPA and can be automatically admitted as the new students of Ubaya. Indeed, students outside JPMK are to be considered as students under Normal Track (see page 9). In order to be eligible to register under the special track-sport achievement, students with outstanding sport achievement are expected to contact and get recommendation from their respective sport club (Registration form could be obtained in Ubaya, Ngagel Campus).
1. REGISTRATION
Students with outstanding academic achievement are expected to register under JPMK by previously buying and completing the registration form. Students under JPMK do not necessarily conduct TPA and will automatically be admitted as the new students of Ubaya.PERSYARATAN PENDAFTAR General Admission Requirements:
Indonesia Citizen
3rd grade student of senior high school (kelas 3 SMA)
Student must possess ranking; the ranking rules and regulations are as follows:
Public or Private Senior High Schools with the status of “Equivalent” (disamakan) or “Acknowledged” (diakui)
Bachelor degree (S1):
Achieve rank 1-10 at least 3 semesters
Polytechnic (Diploma-D3)
RAchieve the average score for school report card of >=65 at least 3 semesters
Competency-based Senior High Schools/Senior High schools without ranking system:
Bachelor degree (S1):
Achieve the average score for mathematics and English language subjects of >=75 at least 3 semesters
b. Polytechnic (Diploma-D3):
Achieve the average score for school report card of >=65 at least 3 semesters
Registration Process The registration process under JPMK is as follows:
Purchase the registration forms
Fill out the scanner sheet available on the registration forms and submit the registration forms along with the 1st and 2nd grade school report cards which have been legalized
Submit the complete registration forms to Senior high school where you purchase the forms or to Ubaya.
Cooperation-based Track (JKS) and Normal Track
The process to register Academic Potential Test (TPA) is as follows:
Purchase the registration forms
Submit the registration forms along with:
The complete scanner sheet
A copy of Student ID card or other identification card
The 2nd and the 3rd pages of TPA card along with 2 pieces of 3x3 photo (students must bring the 1st page of TPA card during TPA)
